John Brecker

John Brecker has worked for over 25 years in the alternative investment space. He was one of three founding partners of Longacre Fund Management, LLC, a $2.7 billion investment fund focused on distressed investments. John has proven experience in key aspects of growing an alternative investment fund from inception to billions in investor capital, including sourcing capital, portfolio management, and the administration of running the business.

John has a Juris Doctor from St. John’s University and a Bachelor of Science from American University. John has a strong belief in charity, overseeing his own charitable foundation that assists children and cancer patients.
